Date of declaration of SSC CHSL Result – Candidates may please note that although SSC has notified tentative date of CHSL Result declaration to be 22 July 2016, there are high chances that the result is declared much before that. Recently the Commission announced SSC Stenographer Result on 27th May, although tentative date was announced to be 8th June. Thus, there are good enough chances that result of SSC CHSL 2015-2016 is declared in first week of July 2016.
Combined Higher Secondary Level 2015-2016 is being held to recruit candidates for the posts of LDC, DEO, PA, SA. SSC CHSL Result and Cut Off are declared by the Staff Selection Commission. Declaration of result of SSC CHSL 2015 (10+2) LDC DEO PA / SA exam held on 01 Nov, 15 Nov, 06 Dec, 22 Dec 2015 will be followed by skill test and typing test.

According to a recent notification released by Staff Selection Commission, SCC CHSL Result 2016 for the written exam is expected to be declared around 22 Jul 2016. Earlier, the written exam was held in the month of November/December 2015. The candidates who appeared in the written examination shall keep a check on the official website ssc.nic.in. Those candidates who will be declared as qualified in SSC CHSL Written Exam Result 2016 shall have to appear for skill test / typing test as per the post selected by them. SSC CHSL Result 2015 – Complete Information
SSC CHSL (LDC DEO) Result 2015 will be published separately for the two stages of selection – Examination, Typing test / skill test. Relevance of each result is as follows.

About the examination and marking scheme
SSC CHSL (LDC DEO PA SA) exam consisted of 200 questions, each carrying 1 mark for correct answer.
For incorrect answers, 0.25 marks is deducted.
Marks obtained in the exam = (Correct answers x 1) – (Incorrect answers x 0.25)

Staff Selection Commission publishes all the results on its official website ssc.nic.in. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can check their SSC LDC Result 2015, SSC DEO Result 2015, SSC PA / SA Result 2015-2016 online by following the simple steps given here.
- Visit the official website ssc.nic.in.
- Navigate to Result link given in top menu. Here you will get SSC CGL Result, SSC CHSL Result, SSC Steno C D Result, SSC JE Result, SSC CAPF Result, SSC GD Constable Result, SSC JHT Result, and other results of the Commission.
- Click on the CHSL tab. You will reach the page where all results related to SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination is published.

Significance of SSC CHSL Result 2015-2016
More than 2.4 million candidates appear for the SSC CHSL examination. Each candidate aspires to get a Govt Job. Result of SSC CHSL 2015 is an important stage that determines merit for recruitment to the posts advertised by the Staff Selection Commission.
- SSC conducts CHSL written exam. This exam has multiple choice type questions of 200 marks, asked on General intelligence, English language, Quantitative aptitude, General awareness.
- The Commission determines SSC CHSL Cut Off for LDC, DEO, and this time for PA / SA.
- Candidates who obtain marks more than the qualifying cut off marks are declared in the SSC CHSL Result 2015-2016 of Examination.

About Skill Test
- Skill Test will be for DEO aspirants.
- Data Entry Speed of 8000 (eight thousand) key depressions per hour on computer is required.
About Typing Test
- Typing Test will be for LDC, PA, SA aspirants.
- Typing Test will ne in English or Hindi, as opted for by the candidate.
- English medium typing test will require typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Hindi medium typing test will require typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Expected PA / SA Cut Off – This is the first time in past few years that the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination is being held for Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant posts also. Hence, expected cut offs cannot be determined as there is no previous year data to extrapolate or refer to.
